Salsa Man Brian Schmidt has been perfecting his salsa recipes for years. After making salsa at home for friends and family, he decided to bring it to the community through local farmers’ markets, and it was a big hit! He is constantly experimenting with different ingredients to come up with new flavors and is currently working to make his salsas available through grocery stores in your neighborhood.

Brian grew up in Watertown, WI, where he still resides and makes his salsas today.
